nehardea tower

The renovation of a private residence in Tel Aviv, completed in 2023. The apartment, situated on the twenty something floor in an exclusive luxury residential tower in the city, overlooks the sea to the west and stunning views of the urban landscape. The design included minimal custom-made carpentry, fluted facade closets with painted varnish and beech veneers, exposed concrete ceilings and large slab natural stone floors. A new layout plan composed of connecting the private section and the pubic section via a large central wood partition composed of closets, shelving and hidden doors, to create generous space and storage solutions for an artistically passionate couple who wished to showcase their private collection of fine art and world renowned painters.
