neve tsedek tower

The renovation of a semi-luxury apartment Tel Aviv, completed in 2021. The apartment, owned by passionate art collectors, has eclectic combined with modern textures and objects. The design included custom-made bespoke large carpentry shelving with painted varnish and lush wallpaper, juxtaposed by exposed concrete ceilings, a Bulthaup kitchen and storage made of custom wood carpentry. A mixture of Persian carpets from a private collection combined with stone floors and dark hardwood floor, blended with rich textiles and art on the wall, make this apartment anything but ordinary. A new layout plan composed of opening of rooms with glass sliding partitions, in order to create a natural flow of movement in this oversized 2 bedroom apartment for two. Perched high over the prestigious Neve Zedek neighborhood, the apartment overlooks terracotta tiled rooftops and the sea, light penetrating all round, even through the bookshelves.
