Architect in charge at Skorka Architects for the preservation of the original Shimon Stern House on Rothschild Boulevard in Tel-Aviv, originally designed by architect and engineer Yehuda Stempler in 1928 as part of the World Heritage collection. Commissioned by the Rothschild Caesaria Foundation, preservation of the eclectic-style building was completed in 2012, including the restoration of the original facades, windows & shutters, detailing of both original interior and exterior, new treatment of building addition. The project design included the interior museum space and office design, while a large emphasis was put on the design of the new garden facing the street including a water fountain in the spirit of the Art Deco style of the period, greenery, and the selection of muted blue grey tones for the facades.
